Train Like a Pro: (June 2nd - 5th)
RegisterInspired by elite-level training environments, Train Like a Pro is designed to simulate the rhythm and intensity of a professional training day. Players will experience structured sessions led by licensed coaches focused on maximizing development.
Sample Daily Schedule
9:00–9:15AM – Player Arrival & Warm-Up Activation
Dynamic movement prep, coordination drills, and injury prevention routines.
9:15–10:15AM – Technical Mastery Block
Ball control, first touch, dribbling under pressure, and quick passing combinations.
10:15–11:15AM – Position-Specific Training
Small-group coaching tailored to positional needs — defenders, midfielders, forwards, and goalkeepers.
11:15–12:00PM – Striking & Finishing
High-rep shooting sessions with variations (volleys, breakaways, crosses, combination play).
12:00–12:45PM – Lunch Break + Recovery
Shaded area for lunch and hydration. Light soccer quizzes, chalk talk, or recovery activities.
12:45–1:30PM – Tactical Games & Decision-Making
Small-sided scenarios to work on shape, transitions, and game IQ.
1:30–2:30PM – Match Play & Competitive Challenges
Controlled scrimmages, tournament-style games, and “pro challenges” to test application of skills.
2:30–3:00PM – Cool Down, Coach Talk, Dismissal
Static stretching, recovery, and daily feedback from coaches.

What to expect:
A high level of training. Each player will be pushed and challenged to improve their level of soccer over time using the beliefs + curriculum of F3 Soccer Training.
Experienced coaches. Current/former college + professional soccer players serving as coaches.
Exciting announcements coming soon! 1:10 player to coach ratio
Hydration Stations. Tents for shade, misting stations, water and gatorade coolers, etc
F3 Soccer goodie bag. Including drawstring boot bag, F3 dri-fit shirt (1 per camper)
Competition Thursdays. Each Thursday will feature competition and gameplay, testing your soccer skills against other campers.
Weekly Leaderboard. After each week, we will tally up competition scores and have a camp leaderboard.
Early Drop-off/pick-up. Let us know if you’re in need of early drop-off and/or late pick-up and we will try to accommodate.
Rainout day. Fridays are rain-out days, so if we ever have to cancel a day due to rain, we’ll reschedule for Friday!

RegisterBuilt for motivated players ready to level up their technical base, tactical awareness, and overall soccer IQ. Each day is packed with guided instruction, competitive play, and specialized focus to prepare players for the fall season and beyond.

The Grind: Preseason Experience: (July 21–24)
RegisterThis is not your average summer camp — The Grind is for serious players ready to mentally and physically prepare for the demands of the fall season. Designed to simulate a high-intensity preseason environment, each day blends technical sharpness, physical conditioning, and tactical application in competitive game scenarios.

9:00–9:15AM – Arrival + Mobility & Mindset
Players start the day with a dynamic warm-up, activation circuit, and a short mental prep segment (breathing techniques, focus cues, intention setting).
9:15–10:00AM – Sharpness Circuit
High-rep, short-duration technical stations focused on:
• First touch under pressure
• Quick combination passing
• 1v1 attacking moves
• Agility + ball control under fatigue
10:00–10:45AM – Functional Training by Position
Field players work in units:
• Center mids: scanning, switching play, distribution
• Wingers/forwards: runs in behind, 1v1s, final ball
• Defenders: body shape, tackling, playing out of the back
Goalkeepers split off for GK-specific work.
10:45–11:30AM – Transitional Play Scenarios
Fast-paced small-sided games emphasizing transitions (defense to attack, counter pressing, recovery runs, etc.).
11:30AM–12:15PM – Finishing Under Pressure
High-intensity finishing reps with live defenders and GKs. Includes:
• Cut-back finishes
• Combination play
• 1v1 to goal
• Timed shooting challenges
12:15–1:00PM – Lunch + Recovery
Nutrition and hydration break with stretching, mobility tools, and optional foam rolling. Daily “pro mindset” video and Q&A with coaches.
1:00–2:15PM – 11v11 Game Concepts + Team Shape
Tactical walk-throughs and match segments based on:
• Playing out from the back
• Pressing triggers
• Building through midfield
• Finishing with purpose
2:15–2:45PM – Performance Finisher
Team-based competitions, relay races, or fitness circuits tied to game intensity (mental and physical challenges).
2:45–3:00PM – Cool Down + Coach Feedback
Guided cool-down and daily debrief. Individual shoutouts and takeaways to reinforce growth.

THE WALL is a goalkeeper-specific preseason experience designed to push GKs to the next level — mentally, physically, and technically. Whether you’re just stepping into goal or preparing for MLS NEXT or ECNL-level play, this camp will build your confidence, sharpen your reactions, and elevate your presence in the box.
Led by dedicated goalkeeper staff, each day is filled with structured goalkeeper instruction, integrated finishing work, and competitive match play to prepare you for the season ahead.

10:45–11:30AM – 1v1s, Crosses, & Commanding the Box
Live repetitions from wide areas, through balls, and breakaways. Focus on timing, bravery, and vocal leadership.
11:30–12:15PM – Finishing with the Field Players
Integrated sessions with attacking players to challenge GKs under game-realistic pressure and movement.
12:15–1:00PM – Lunch & Recovery
GK-specific recovery and hydration. Mental performance talks covering focus, confidence, and leadership behind the back line.
1:00–2:15PM – Tactical Scenarios + Match Play
GKs rotate into small-sided and full-field games to apply training in real-time:
• Playing out from the back
• Defending set pieces
• Reading attacking patterns
2:15–2:45PM – Performance Finisher
GK-specific fitness finisher: explosive sets, core stability, or handling circuits under fatigue.
